My name is Ted Byrnes and for the last 20 years I have been involved in many aspects of design, branding, marketing and public relations.

I have developed marketing and public relations campaigns for clients including Bulgari, Vivienne Westwood, Audemars Piguet, Agent Provocateur, MAC, Jimmy Choo, Loree Rodkin, Richard Tyler and many more.

From 2009-2012 I had an accessory collection with stylist Gena Tuso called Symmetry. We had great retail distribution, including Edition in Japan, Capital in Charlotte, Pour Porter, Of a Kind, Spartan in Austin and many other great stores internationally. We were featured in The New York Times, Coolhunting, Style Bubble, Paper Magazine, NotCot, Racked, WWD, Lucky, GQ and more.

I realized that I had a unique knowledge base and range of experiences that ranged from communicating things to making things and everything else in between.

I grew up in Los Angeles, and attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. I continue to be involved heavily in music, with a focus on improvisation and avant garde.

This culmination of experience and knowledge base is the basis of Dichotomy.
